Very useful for anyone Lv.61+. It shows the benefits of holding a specific camp, varying from turning in old Stigmas for AP and morph recipes to more crucial aspects such as buying the new lv64-lv65 skill books and stigmas (at a way cheaper price compared to when you buy them @ Beacon)

In other words, get out there and PvP instead of hugging Kaisinel's Beacon Wink
