Greetings Regialians ^~^

Today I would like to present a fun forum activity called [Drum rolls . . . .], 'The Number Game'. In this game, we will be attempting the what might be the most pointless yet almost impossible task of the interwebz, to count to infinity using images. I know what some of you are thinking, 'Did I put my socks on backwards?' - 'Is toothpaste eatable?' - 'If the professor on Gilligan's Island can make a radio out of a coconut, why can't he fix a hole in a boat?' - I may not have all the answers but I will tell you what I know about The Number Game.

1) Images posted must go in sequential order

2) You cannot post more than one image in a row.
(This meaning if you posted an image for 3649, someone else has to post their image for 3650 before you can post another image)

3) You cannot edit the image you post in any way.

4) If you are reading this rule, you must post an image.

To make things interesting, try to find images that will bring diversity to the eyes of those who are both playing or who may stumble upon this thread. Taking pictures that have the necessary number in the frame as part of the scene (not a number you scribbled on a piece of paper and stuck somewhere in view) is an excellent source for the game. House/road numbers, mile markers, license plates, serial numbers, building signs, price of an item in a store, and so on are good examples of what to look for. You can use google and sift through their archive for images to post but as stated before, try to bring diversity from there too so we don't get 2,000 images of just a page number from an encyclopedia. Come to think of it that should be a rule.

5) If using a page number from a book, include the entire page. Especially if it's a book you enjoy since this could get people interested in reading it themselves thus adding to the awesomeness of the thread~

Will I get cookies and cake?
My treat funds are excessively low... Mainly because I ates them all... But really there is no 'winning' with this game aside from maybe some weird nook in the internet that might see a 3,000 page thread of people posting pictures that have numbers in them a monumental task achieved. HowIWastedMyLife.com maybe? Since there are post achievements to unlock and maybe some more goodies unknown, there may actually be some fun things unlocked for being active in the forums~

Is there an end to the game?
No really. So long as this thread is stumbled upon and someone posts a number, it is 'Game On' to infinity +1.

Since [1] is the only quantifiable number after 0 which is what this thread began with, from nothingness, that is what the above image represents. This notation is my response to Rage's inquiry as to what the mission patch represents in numerical signification.
