Forum Inactivity Purge

Copy-paste from yesterday's newsletter, now with some edits. Users will also have received an email with the clarifications (thanks DeathSwitch31 for the heads-up).

In the spirit of having a clean, fresh start we will be conducting a purge of inactive/dead accounts. This means that, starting today (TUE July 21st) and ending in two weeks' time, forum accounts that have not been logged in to for over 90 days by August 4th will be deleted at that date.

If your account has not been used in over 75 days it has been marked as inactive and flagged for deletion. If this is the case, you will have received a warning via the email address you signed up with. If you have and desire to stay with Regias, simply login at least once before the 4th of August to avoid having your account deleted. If you forgot your username/password, consult our https://regias.forumotion.net/faq on what to do next.

If you received aforementioned warning email but no longer wish to be part of Regias, you do not have to do anything. Your account will automatically be deleted in two weeks' time, and you will never receive these emails again.

If you logged in to the forum at least once over the recent 75 days, you will not have received a warning email (only the newsletter) and needn't worry about a thing. You are clear.
